I have had a great deal to say lately, but not a lot of it that can or should be public. Finals are almost here and I can feel the weight of all I want to accomplish this summer, pushing against that dam with the force of an overfull stream. I need to harness that energy, make this summer work for all the things I need to accomplish at my shop (putting systems in place with my partner and digging in to get to the bottom of our staff issues) and at home and in my marriage. John and I have a good deal to hammer out this summer. We want to talk about starting our family, we need to prioritize our budget and figure out how our actions will take us towards our goals.

And, you know, I want to get out in the freakin' sun, if it ever shows.
