So, here is a short list of my life as it stands today:

I am working a good deal over the summer, and I'm not keen on it, but the money will be good when bills come due.

We are going camping at the end of this weekend, and I am looking forward to it so much that there are no words for how excited I am.

On Thursday, I am going to a local farm-team baseball game with John and Katy and Jonathan and perhaps even Court and Max, if they can find the time amongst their own super busy lives. Ryan's quartet, (I am not kidding you I swear this is their name) "Hella Acapella" will be singing the national anthem, and I am going to watch cheesy baseball and drink cheap beer and it will be glorious.

I am cutting all my hair off tomorrow.

I am finally knitting, and my first lacework project (well, first one I haven't frogged, anyway) is underway and looking fabulous.

John and I are watching a good deal of Battlestar Galactica.

We got our gym membership back today and I ran 3.5 miles and then did situps and pushups with John. I can't wait to go back, tomorrow.

Family stuff sucks on my side of our family, so thank God for Trish and Richie Poo. I even got to unexpectedly talk to Amanda tonight!

I am trying to remember how blessed I am with the amount of love in my life, with my chosen and adopted family and all my wonderful friends.

Ok, I need sleep. 7 a.m. and lab work come early.
