This is Dexter puppy. Hilary's camera was taking pictures with a blue tint yesterday, so sorry about the quality. He is a riot, funny and floppy, very snuggly. He is really malnourished, scabby and scraped up from being beat up in the Skagit Humane Society, and a bit tender due to being neutered yesterday. He was dirty, smelly, and covered in fleas. We had them Capstar him to kill all the fleas within 1/2 hour, took him to PetSmart, and got a flea shampoo that will be gentle on his coat and scraped skin. We got him signed up for obedience training starting in 2 weeks, and John is taking him through the classes.
He's really sweet and lovey, and now that he smells better, he's much more fun to have around!
John, of course, is full of snuggling and forcing Dex to love him up. Luckily, Dexter doesn't seem to mind.
Well, off to work. I need some energy to get through today. The puppy seems to be draining it all, as new puppies often do.

Kat will be in town all weekend, and we're both off all today (Friday) if you wanted to work some time in to say "hello!"
